Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center (GLBRC) Summer Opportunities

The Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center (GLBRC) invites applications from undergraduate students interested in bioenergy for our 2023 Summer Undergraduate Research Program located across three campuses: University of Wisconsin Madison, Michigan State University, and Kellogg Biological Station. We are asking for your help to promote our program with students at your home institutions. 

The program is expected to run from mid-May through early August (exact dates depend on the campus). The program provides room and board on the corresponding campus, up to $500 for round-trip travel, and a stipend.

Requirements for application:

  • Undergraduates currently enrolled in a four-year program
  • Not an incoming freshman or graduating senior
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
