The Career and Professional Development Center makes facilities and services available to all Handshake approved employing organizations with full-time jobs, part-time jobs, or internships.
Employment professionals participating in any Career & Professional Development Center services or resources are required to be working within a framework of professionally accepted recruiting, interviewing, and selection techniques as stipulated in the NACE Principles for Ethical Conduct.
Handshake
All on-campus information sessions and career fairs are managed through Handshake. Connecting with St. Mary’s on Handshake will allow you to post jobs, internships and volunteer opportunities, and promote events to Rattlers across all academic majors on campus.

Our 2023-2024 Career Fairs will be hosted on-campus. Visit Handshake to register for upcoming career fairs.
On-Campus Recruiting
Space is available for employers to host interviews and information tables on campus. Tables in the University Center are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. throughout the semester.
