As an EPM (Engineering Program Manager), you will spearhead the comprehensive strategy for shifting from the current collector-based system to the Smart Agent. This involves meticulous analysis of collector distribution across diverse market segments, assessing their respective value propositions. Furthermore, you’ll explore untapped opportunities for customers who have availed offers like SNTC, OIC, and Success Track, gauging their interest in these solutions. It’s imperative to scrutinize the landscape of customer devices. Ultimately, your plan will be rooted in a meticulous examination of these facets.
Skills:
- Qualifications: Ideally a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, or business.
- Bonus: Demonstrated projects where you’ve identified user needs and outlined actionable steps to address them.
- Responsibilities: Drive tangible business and user impact on projects under your purview.
