The Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory is seeking STEM undergrad and graduate students for our Summer 2023 APL Technology Leaders and Scholars (ATLAS) Internship Program. As a Historically Black College or University, Hispanic Serving Institution, or Tribal College or University, your students have the opportunity to participate in exciting, paid internships across a diverse range of STEM fields and develop essential professional skills throughout the summer program.

As an ATLAS intern, you will work on interesting and challenging projects alongside experts in your field.  You will also attend workshops and events, hone your interviewing and presentation skills, engage with executive leaders, and explore potential career pathways.  Typical internship assignments include:
* Developing software applications 
* Designing and prototyping hardware and electronic instruments
* Signal processing and data analysis
* Algorithm analysis and development
* Embedded systems testing and integration
* Modeling and simulation
