This position will lead the charge with our Frontier Communications campaign. The Frontier Retail Account Representative will be the main point of contact for the brand and the customers, to resolve any issues, address concerns, and provide solutions to their telecommunications needs, driving the sales goals for the overall success and profitability of the company.
What are the responsibilities?
- Provide hands-on support to customers inquiring about Frontier’s products and services, giving clear and accurate information.
- Verify customer information, ensuring Frontier’s compliance guidelines are in place in every transaction and interaction.
- Gather feedback from customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, helpful, and meets high-quality standards that represent the brand and our company.
- Identify the opportunities to promote additional services and products that will increase the value of our interactions and the company’s revenue, upselling as needed.
- Build relationships to ensure a high retention rate, increasing the lifetime value of the customer base.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals to drive growth, and expand customer base.
