Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As an intern you will be assisting with the following:
- Assist the Operations Manager with Administrative functions
- Assist Support Staff with daily operational tasks
- Assist Support Staff with Design projects
- Gather materials, such as fabric, metal and wood samples
- Organizing and updating project files
- Assist with scheduling New Vendor Presentations
- Assist with Reception coverage
- Order confirmation checking
- Create and manage Customer Status Reports
- Running errands as needed
- Assist with order tracking and expediting product
- Assist in planning employee team building events
