The recruiting team at the Beaufort County School District in S.C., is hosting weekly meet and greets for teacher candidates interested in the 23-24 SY. These meet and greets are for certified teachers and soon to be certified student teachers. This past year, we offered a $2,000 retention bonus, $2,500 locality stipend, and a $50,066 first year salary! We celebrate that we are the highest paying public school district in our state with great benefits, a two year induction and mentoring program, and free after school child care for our teachers.
