StMU Research Scholars Project

The StMU Research Scholars Project is a collaboration project of faculty and students at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.  The project gives students at St. Mary’s University a real-world experience working to research, write, and publish scholarship in academic disciplines across the university. The StMU Research Scholars website gives students both the experience of working in a real-world publishing environment as well as the public platform to showcase their scholarship. The products of the website reflect the disciplinary and vocational products frequently found in real-world problem-solving scenarios.

The forerunner of the StMU Research Scholars organization began in August 2016 as part of a single History course, originally called “StMU History Media.” It has since expanded to include numerous disciplines within the project. The current name now reflects that expanded project.

As of Spring 2022, the project has published over 1100 articles written by over 700 St. Mary’s University scholars.

Check out articles from different disciplines at St. Marys and the main page also located in our Do Resources.
