Harvard Biophysics Mentorship Program (Deadline Oct 20th)

The Harvard Biophysics Mentorship Program pairs predoctoral students interested in research with current graduate students. Interested students can apply to be matched with a mentor by filling this brief application: https://forms.gle/KVKXvLRNCfGYDqWa7

The deadline for applying to the mentorship program is October 20, 2022.

Students at any stage in their scientific career are encouraged to apply to be a mentee, whether you are trying to get involved in research or considering graduate school. Mentors in the program aim to support each mentee’s scientific journey. Mentors can help mentees

  • get involved in research
  • identify summer research programs to apply to
  • apply to graduate school (e.g. reviewing drafts of research/personal statements)
  • better understand what being a graduate student is like
  • clarify their professional goals

This is the third iteration of the Harvard Biophysics Mentorship Program. In the past couple of years, we have matched over 40 students with mentors. Both students and mentors have found the mentorship program to be an enriching experience. We hope you will consider applying to be a part of this year’s cohort!

Please feel free to reach out to Indra Gonzalez (igonzalezojeda@g.harvard.edu) or Albert Chen (albertchen@g.harvard.edu) if you have any questions.
